I know nothing about your measurements and your bits of string and your value systems, price rises, views of the sea, including the canal, all I know is this is my kitchen, my lino on the floor with the pretty colours, my little patch of garden down the end of that path you can see from the kitchen window, and this is my place, my home, my house, it is where I live”.

“Tell me, Mr Johnson, how long have you been a developer?”
